it's not supposed to snow when it's this cold!!

Yet we got 2 inches overnight, and oh - so pretty. :)
the pictures really don't do it justice.
This is the kind of snow that has such low moisture content that it simply evaporates in your hand. When we used to cross-country ski (before I got sick of hitting trees because I could never figure out how to turn), this was when the "klister wax" came out of the fanny pack.
But the snow... it's what the craft suppliers fashion their "fake snow" after, fluffy and soft. :) Except it's the real thing.

haha. and we haven't even had to have the space heater on for about 3 or 4 days now.

It has been so cold here (yes a relative term) that there was frost on the ground today! Pretty- liek sugar icing, but apparently God is warming me up (pun intended) for the snow onsluaght to come- bring it on baby ;-)
