Tonight I started teaching Math 151 again as an adjunct professor. Just a 6 week stint, for a cohort of 8 students going through an Associate in Business degree program.
This is the third or fourth time for teaching this class, and the material is familiar now - very little prep needed. It's when the repetition begins to pay off as an instructor. You start to know what works and what doesn't, what to stress and what to skip. I like it. :)
Plus, the income from teaching one six week class like this roughly pays for my seminary class this Fall. And they won't overlap for more than about a week. So.. it's all good.
