Readings in NT670 (Colossians) last week reframed Paul's argument to the believers in Colossae in terms of mathematics. Jesus' incarnation, crucifixion and resurrection were the conditions both necessary and sufficient to reconcile humanity to God. No further mysteries or hidden wisdom was required. Christ was enough.
